Equity and diversity
BrisConnections is committed to encouraging and managing
diversity and acknowledges, accepts and accommodates the
differences between individuals. As part of this commitment
to diversity, BrisConnections has developed a Diversity
Policy. This policy is targeted at addressing the under
representation of certain groups and to actively facilitate a more
diverse and representative workforce and management structure.
Our policy is to value the differences that a diverse workforce
