Dr Raymond Wilson 

Chief Executive Officer

Dr Wilson, a highly experienced executive in the infrastructure and toll road sector, has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of international and local major project development and operations, including 14 years involvement in the development of toll road projects in Australia.

Dr Wilson was formerly Executive General Manager Development and Special Projects at Thiess, having previously been Executive General Manager Infrastructure and Corporate Services. He was responsible for the development of major projects, project financing and general business development.

Over the past 14 years he has led bids for major road projects and overseen the subsequent development of those projects, from construction through to start-up and early operation phases.

 

Nick Lattimore 

Chief Financial Officer

Nick Lattimore has more than 29 years experience in structured and project financing, primarily for infrastructure projects. Most recently Mr Lattimore was Deputy CEO of JF Infrastructure, an infrastructure funds manager jointly owned by Leighton Holdings and Mirvac with investments in economic infrastructure and forestry assets.

Prior to this appointment Mr Lattimore was Head of Banking at NM Rothschild Australia where he was responsible for all aspects of the Australian banking division, and Head of Project and Structured Finance for Deutsche Bank Australia.

During his career Mr Lattimore has had extensive experience in advising, arranging, structuring, lending and investing across a broad range of infrastructure assets including tollroads, rail, airports, power (generation and distribution), water, alternative energy and gas transmission.


Tamira Herbst 

Company Secretary and General Counsel

Tamira Herbst is responsible for company secretarial matters, compliance, governance and risk management. Before joining BrisConnections, Tamira was Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at JF Infrastructure for 2 years.

She has almost 20 years of legal and company secretarial and other relevant experience, within the infrastructure sector and funds management, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, supply contracts, standard terms and conditions, and a range of general corporate, property and commercial law issues.

 

Charles Macdonald 

General Manager Construction

With over 30 years’ experience in the design and construction of civil infrastructure works worldwide, Charles brings a broad range of specialist knowledge, qualifications and skills in a number of construction project areas, particularly in all aspects of tunnelling.

Charles has held senior roles on most recent major Australian tunnelling projects including EastLink, the Cross City Tunnel, Lane Cove Tunnel and the North-South Bypass Tunnel tender. Charles is also a trained facilitator and experienced in the conduct of workshops undertaking reviews of engineering issues.
