An investment in BrisConnections Unit Trust comprises a stapled security made up of one unit in BrisConnections Investment Trust and one unit in BrisConnections Holding Trust. BrisConnections is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") under the code: BCS. 

BrisConnections was awarded by the State of Queensland the concession to design, construct, operate, maintain and finance AirportlinkM7 for a period of 45 years from 2008 and to receive toll revenues.
