Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron)
The Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) will greatly expand the Brisbane busway network and enhance public transport access for northside residents.
Once operational, the busway is expected to halve the average travel time between the Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital (RBWH) and Kedron. The Northern Busway will be a two-lane, two-way road for buses only, connecting the Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital to Kedron via the Lutwyche Road and Gympie Road corridor.
The busway will be underground for approximately 1.5km from Truro Street, Windsor through to Sadlier Street, Kedron, surfacing at the new, state-of-the-art Lutwyche and Kedron Brook busway stations.
