Air quality will be monitored constantly during construction with results published monthly on this website > view monitoring reports 

Studies show that Airport Link will improve long-term local air quality and reduce traffic volumes on Sandgate and Lutwyche Roads.

Three ventilation stations will be built and located at Kedron, Toombul and Bowen Hills, with comprehensive air quality monitoring occuring in these areas once the toll road is open.
